Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Iron Node, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland (QLD), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensional schematics, static load capacities, and pricing. Independent Gym Hardware Brand Notice: Iron Node is an independent fitness hardware and power rack accessories retailer. Iron Node is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rogue Fitness, Rep Fitness, Titan Fitness, Force USA, Verve Fitness, or ATX. Any references to specific rack post profiles (e.g., "compatible with 75x75mm uprights with 25mm holes") or industry-standard dimensions (3x3 inch / 1-inch pins) are made strictly for functional specification, cross-compatibility clarity, and mechanical fit context. Iron Node reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Strength Training Inherent Risks, Rack Bolting & Load Safety Disclaimer
Strength Training Inherent Risk Warning: Heavy resistance training, barbell squats, bench pressing, and bodyweight dips carry inherent physical risks of muscular strain, skeletal injury, or catastrophic impact trauma from dropped loads. Lifters are solely responsible for utilizing appropriate spotter arms, properly bolting free-standing power racks to the floor or using rear stabilizer feet, and never exceeding individual equipment load limits. Pin Engagement Safety Advisory: Always verify that safety hitch pins and magnetic locking detents are fully seated through both walls of the rack upright before placing any barbell or bodyweight load onto an attachment. Iron Node is not liable for rack tipping, structural failure from unbolted frames, barbell damage, or physical injuries resulting from improper pin insertion, uncalibrated overloading, or unsupervised heavy lifting.
